By accessing, browsing, or using these services, which include but are not limited to purchasing digital revision books, enrolling in online group masterclasses, or engaging with our content on TikTok and Instagram, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are advised not to use or access our services.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

The Service Provider endeavors to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Digital Products and Masterclasses. However, the Service Provider does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Availability of products and services is subject to change without notice.
6.1 Digital Product Disclaimer: The Digital Products are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranty. In association with the product, the Service Provider makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third-party rights. Use of the product by a User is at the User’s risk.
7. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices for Digital Products and Masterclasses are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the User is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Payment can be made through PayPal or Stripe, and the User must provide valid and updated credit card information or other forms of payment accepted by the Service Provider.
The User acknowledges that the Service Provider uses third-party payment processors to process payments and consents to the disclosure of their payment information to such entities.
8. Delivery of Digital Products
The Digital Products offered by the Service Provider are delivered electronically via email to the User’s provided email address upon successful payment. Users are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring their email systems do not block or filter emails from the Service Provider. The Service Provider is not responsible for any inability to download or access Digital Products due to issues related to the User’s email service or internet connectivity.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Digital Products: Due to the intangible nature of Digital Products, they are generally not eligible for refunds. Users are encouraged to review the sample materials and direct any queries to the Service Provider before purchase. If a User believes there is a justifiable reason for a refund (such as technical defects or misrepresentation of the product content), the request must be made in writing, detailing the reasons for the refund claim.
9.2 Masterclasses: The Service Provider understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, impacting Users' ability to attend scheduled Masterclasses. Therefore, a distinct policy is applicable for Masterclasses:

Cancellation by User: Users may cancel their enrollment in any scheduled live Masterclass and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will not be eligible for a refund.

Dissatisfaction or Service Provider Cancellation: If the User is dissatisfied with the Masterclass, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the class date (or purchase date of the recording). The request for a refund must be made in writing, detailing the reasons for the refund claim. If the Masterclass is cancelled by the Service Provider a full refund will be provided.
10. User Conduct and Obligations
Users agree to use the Website and services ethically and lawfully. Users shall not use the services for any fraudulent purposes, nor to infringe upon the rights of the Service Provider or third parties. Users must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature, and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Service Provider server.
11. Academic Disclaimer
The Service Provider provides educational content that is intended to supplement the User’s learning. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific academic outcomes or results from the use of the Digital Products or Masterclasses. The User acknowledges that their academic success depends on various factors, including their own efforts, and agrees not to solely rely on the provided materials for their academic performance.
12. Licenses and Usage Restrictions
The Digital Products are subject to individual licensing terms, which permit personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, modification, or copying of any Digital Products is strictly prohibited. 12.1 Prohibition of Resale
The User expressly agrees that any Digital Products or Masterclasses, whether in digital or printed format, purchased from the Service Provider are for personal and non-commercial use only. The User is strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, broadcasting, or transferring any Digital Products or materials obtained from the Masterclasses, whether for monetary gain or otherwise. Violation of this prohibition constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in legal action, including but not limited to termination of the User’s account and possible legal penalties under applicable law.
13. Parental Permission and Minor’s Use
Users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the services and purchase Digital Products. Parents or guardians who provide consent are responsible for the minor’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider reserves the right to request confirmation of such parental consent at any time.
